The Bali Pass summit day is generally the most demanding section of the itinerary. It involves a long trekking day, steep terrain, high altitude, and the descent towards Lower Damni.
Snow conditions can vary depending on the season and current weather. Snow patches may be present around the higher sections, particularly near Bali Pass.
Mobile connectivity is limited on the trekking route. Connectivity is generally better around Sankri, while remote sections may have little or no reliable network.
The itinerary includes a homestay/hotel at Sankri followed by camping at various locations along the trekking route. Camps are generally arranged on a triple/quad-sharing basis according to the trek plan.
Trekkers should carry suitable trekking shoes, warm layers, waterproof clothing, trekking poles, a backpack, sunglasses, sunscreen, personal medicines, a headlamp, water bottles, and other essential trekking equipment.
