Trekmate Himalaya operates trekking, hiking, camping, and adventure travel experiences across the Himalayas. By accessing our website or booking any service with us, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our website or services.

A booking is considered confirmed only after submission of required participant details, payment of the applicable booking amount, and confirmation from Trekmate Himalaya.

Trekmate Himalaya reserves the right to decline any booking request at its sole discretion.

• A minimum advance booking amount of ₹1000 is required to reserve a seat.
• The remaining balance must be paid at the designated pickup point before the commencement of the trek.
• Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of participation.

Participants are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information.
• Following trek leader instructions.
• Respecting local communities and environments.
• Maintaining discipline during the trek.
• Carrying required personal gear and equipment.

Trekmate Himalaya reserves the right to remove participants whose behavior may endanger themselves or others.

Participants must ensure they are physically and medically fit for the selected trek.

Trekmate Himalaya may refuse participation if a participant is medically unfit, required fitness standards are not met, or medical information has been intentionally withheld.

Any medical expenses incurred during the trek shall be the responsibility of the participant.

Mountain travel is subject to factors beyond human control.

Trekmate Himalaya reserves the right to modify routes, change campsites, adjust schedules, shorten or extend itineraries, and cancel activities due to safety concerns.

Such decisions shall be considered final and binding.

Weather conditions in the Himalayas can change rapidly.

Trekmate Himalaya shall not be held responsible for disruptions caused by road closures, landslides, floods, snowfall, avalanches, government restrictions, or other natural disasters.

Participants acknowledge and accept these risks before booking.

Participant cancellations shall be governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy published on the website.

By booking a trek, participants agree to the applicable cancellation terms.

Trekmate Himalaya may cancel a trek due to insufficient participation, safety concerns, natural disasters, government restrictions, or operational reasons.

Where a trek is cancelled directly by Trekmate Himalaya before commencement, participants shall be eligible for a refund as per company policy.

Trekking and adventure activities involve inherent risks.

Trekmate Himalaya shall not be liable for personal injuries, illness, accidents, loss of personal belongings, delays caused by external factors, or financial losses arising from itinerary changes.

Participants join activities at their own risk.

All content available on the Trekmate Himalaya website including text, images, logos, graphics, videos, and branding elements is the property of Trekmate Himalaya and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Users agree not to:

• Misuse website functionality.
• Attempt unauthorized access.
• Distribute harmful software.
• Copy website content without permission.

Violation may result in restricted access and legal action.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
